It’s been more than I year since I last saw you, talked to you. Then I had to leave. You had to leave too. Somehow, I’m glad I did the leaving. And it’s not my intention to do so. I really hoped I could return on time to see you again before you left. But circumstances didn’t allow that to happen. You were going to leave anyway. Regardless if I returned or not. I just wish I had more time to spend with you.

I’m just kinda shocked that somehow, you’re still here inside my head. Subconcious. But then, when I watched the basketball game yesterday, and saw someone who looked like you, the hair and the height, wearing the same jersey number I saw you wearing in the pictures, I was flooded with thoughts of you.

I wish I had seen you play the game you’re so passionate about. I wish I had been there to support you. But it kinda sucks that I know there’s someone who shares your passion, and she even got to play with you! I know you’re not together or anything, but still. Ouch.

It’s been more than a year and a half and you’re thousands of miles away. I don’t even know if I will ever see you again.  I could only hope that someday, our paths will cross. Preferably sometime soon.
